"Staff was great! Dining area for breakfast was very small! It looks hard for staff to move about the tight space to refill food and clean the counters. Very quiet throughout the building, just occasional noise from ppl going into their room. Rooms were clean but the Carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced with Tile Flooring throughout! It made the room look bad. Bathroom was nice and clean and bright! Luggage cart was extremely difficult to maneuver with and without luggage on...

"I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here."

"The people working at the hotel were polite. The rooms were smallish and a bit musty. The hotel was under renovation, and the pool was closed. Neither of those issues was disclosed when I made the reservation. I checked the box to include paid parking, breakfast for 2, and free wi-fi, but the hotel kept saying it didn't show on their end. I had to show them my email. I was charged for parking, and something was charged to my room, but I have yet to receive an explanation. The hotel staff...

"This was my second stay at this Hilton. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and is comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The only cons are no microwave in the room and the water pressure is pretty low. Otherwise I would stay here again. The location is good for when I come to visit family."

"Everything was perfect"

"The toilet was dirty, the sink had hair in it. The floor was so nasty and sticky. I got one of the towels to stand on and the bottom of the towels was dark brown from so much dirt meaning the floor not been cleaned properly. I put on plastic gloves and clean the toilet and sink myself. I heard noise and profanity I felt nauseous in the room. I got there kinda late so I just endure the it. The bathroom had knob had tissues stuck around it so can't see on the bathroom. The hall rug is ridiculous...

"Sometimes people need to be compassionate, and the hotel staff is not. Even though my stay was okay, when I called to request to be transferred to another Best Western closer to the venue they answer was that every owner is different in each hotel. Then I asked them about the option to give me refund so I can move, and they said no."
