"They are improving the hotel and updating the rooms. I was put in one of the newly renovated rooms. The room was very clean and I liked the new layout"

"The room and bathroom were clean. I was surprised I could not control the temperature in my room; there was a simple display and if you pressed it there was a lock button and nothing happened if you changed the temperature. Maybe it was user error lol. The gym has nice equipment. Be prepared to pay $12 per day for parking. "

"Room had no hot water at the sink in the morning. Only one out of 2 working elevators. Lobby was under construction and dust was everywhere. Construction was not revealed at time of booking."

"This property is clean and inviting. Front desk staff were warm, helpful, and always available with a smile during our 2 night stay. Breakfast service includes more options than most hotels. Good location with a SBUX, Aldi and other services nearby."

"Went too a concert after work and needed the hotel so i wouldnt have to drive all tbe way back home. Got to the hotel at 3am to find out that my multi night stay was cancelled since they assumed thst i was a no show. . To rebook costed my over double the rate i was previously charged on expedia. I have done this routine many times at different hotels with no issue. They exploited the situation."

"Beware!!! Checked in to a room that smelled heavily of smoke and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Was moved to a different room as requested. Completed the stay with no other issues until I received a $100 charge to my account the following day after checkout. I called property and they wouldn’t tell me what it was for except loss/damage. I emailed property management only to receive a call hours later saying that the room had smelled like smoke and I was charged $100!!! I don’t smoke. Complained...

"Worse hotel ever! Stayed 2 nights and reported that the sink is clogged the first night. and nothing has been done to repair it or fixed since I checked out. Room key doesn’t work, sucks when your on the 5th floor and have to take the elevator back down when there’s a tour bus full of high school kids in the hallway and elevator. Staff was not friendly at all! I should have read other people reviews! "
