"Great hotel, staff, location. Property was in great condition and very clean. It is across the parking lot from the mall (lots of shops and restaurants are walking distance). The Palm restaurant located in the hotel was delicious. All of the Staff were friendly and helpful with everything. Definitely recommend this location."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & will be back again! When I first arrived I had to move rooms due to a smell in the room. The staff was immediately accommodating & very kind! The location was very convenient and walkable for some spots as well. We have friends in the area and I look forward to visiting them & staying here again."

"We found this hotel to be clean and serviceable with little enjoyment. It offered a very average, slow coffee option in the lobby. There was no option to sit outside, no courtyard, no restaurant to enjoy the Atlanta warmth, and no outdoor pool or rooftop. The hotel's restaurant and bar were dark, and the restaurant was windowless."

"Sink in bathroom doesn't drain well, no full roll of toilet paper, air conditioner loud, tv remote needed batteries, no water pressure in shower, no counter space in bathroom.. lighting in bathroom over sink not bright . Very disappointed in room"
