This place is as advertised. The kitchen is stacked with snacks, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches which was nice. Would stay here again if I'm in town for another quick trip

Schlimmste Unterkunft die ich je gebucht habe, zudem erheben sie ein Sicherheits deposit welches sie nicht zurück zahlen lassen sie die finger von dieser unterkunft.

The staff was helpful and the property was well maintained and cleaned. Sound travels through the walls easily so be prepared to wear ear plugs when you go to sleep. There’s also quite a few rules such as no eating or drinking in your room. Be prepared for the rules of the property. Overall, a great place.

Alecia’s B&B is a really nice and charming place to stay. The house is very clean, quiet, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was always good, and check in was easy. The location is convenient, especially if you’re using public transport or driving. You can get to downtown Atlanta in about 5 to 10 minutes by bus or car, so it’s easy to explore the city while staying somewhere peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Atlanta.

Quarto limpo e confortável. Perto de ponto de ônibus - fica mais fácil ir para o centro. Um pouco de dificuldade na comunicação, mas tudo deu certo. Local ideal para poucas noites

La atención fue cordial por parte del propietario, estuve 3 noches y fue un buen espacio, el cuarto 3 tiene su baña en la parte de afuera pero cuenta con todas las amenidades, la limpieza está bien, brindan de cortesía sodas, agua, hielos, yogurth. Lo único es que en mi habitación, por las noches corría el sistema de aire y aparte de hacer ruido, se sentía frío, eso y que al momento delCheck In no podía acceder con la numeración que me indicaron y fue algo tardado entrar.

Nice small little house for a quick trip to the area. The fridge was supplied with snacks and beverages, and having a room to myself with separate bath made the stay price very reasonable.

Booked this stay 2 hrs before my arrival. I went to Breakaway ATL & this was such a nice stay. The location was perfect in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

The 24-hour contact service is not as reliable as wanted. Multiple phone calls were attempted however each attempt lead straight to voice-mail. Multiple text messages were sent and nearly 24 hours would pass before a response would be given.

This is an odd place, but an excellent value. I certainly felt safe and was not concerned about cleanliness, just that the outside of the bldg was not well maintained and it seemed that some of the ways things were installed or laid out seemed odd. i had a hard time finding the towels, the ironing board was unuseable but the iron worked. The shower head points at the door you need to walk in through, but you can make it work I guess. There is a nice tub in the bathroom that has a paper sign saying "do not use". There is no chair or desk/table in the room. There is a surprise patio out back of the room I was staying in, interesting. Some trains withing earshot go by and blow their horns around 4 AM. This was not terrible but noticeable. The walk to the bus stop is littered with trash but apparently safe. Overall, this is an odd place but a tremendously good value.
