Definitely a place I would not go back due to non functioning TV, WiFi, maintenance, cleanliness, and so on. I hope for future guests, the employees will clean the rooms frequently and make sure the internet and televisions are able to work properly. Plus there was a non active pool.

Such a horrible experience. We cancelled this reservation right away after they asked us to view a room that was messy, not cleaned, flooded, stains everywhere. No wifi. Close to a prison

THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY FILTHY. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. I saw the room before checking in and Expedia will not give me my money back despite pictures being submitted to them of the room.

Building is next to dept of corrections probation office. Door's were kicked in, wreaks of cigarette, stab marks on bathroom door, rusted and derilict bath tub. We left immediately for another hotel and got our money back. Unless you're desperate, stay anywhere else.

How am I supposed to rate the accommodation when it was sold out upon my arrival? I want a refund, plus compensation for the extra expense of an emergency hotel stay. I am a journalist covering the World Cup; this should not have happened. I booked back in June to avoid any issues, yet the hotel simply failed to have my room available. Do not book here; they do not honor reservations.

If there are no plans for this place to be remodeled then this place needs to be closed. The rooms are horrible and a disgrace, I wouldn't stay here for free.

Yes, Neglected, poor staff, the rooms are ridiculously nasty uncleaned tubs sinks, toilets, roaches in and under the beds ,ceilings have holes in them. The whole entire hotel needs to be shutdown ASAP, NO ONE SHOULD EVER LIVE LIKE THAT. I REALLY NEED A REFUND. And the only reason I stayed is that I couldn't get my money back so I slept outside of the room in my car.

The the property itself is in disrepair. They have roaches. The water goes off at least time a day for? At least 5 or 6 days that I know of. The staff not too good somewhat cooperative

The bathroom was utterly filthy it was completely yellow, the box springs were black and yellow from mold and what ever else, the room was being worked on when we got there, the floor was soaked for some reason, a roach was straight just chilled in there, did not even stay after one look CANT even get your money back, please do not stay here you’ll likely get bed bugs, or shot here

I did not stay there and they will not refund me my money. These pictures clearly depict how the hotel used to look. Someone was literally getting their haircut outside of the room I was shown and homeless people were living on the property. One woman came to the lobby and talked for several minutes about how she was selling her body in one of the rooms. I am not from ATL and was unaware that this property was in a bad location and a glorified substance use house/homeless shelter. I did not stay and they will not give me my money back!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS!!

This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in. They had cockroaches. There were holes in the walls. The room was filthy. They gave us two pillows that were paper thin so thank God I took my own pillows. They gave us one bath towel and one washcloth that was also paper thin so thank God I took my own bath towels. There were cobwebs in the shower. I am going to try to find a corporate number to write to because I want my money back. This was horrible and I was so depressed while I was there and couldn't believe I was staying there. I literally cried because I was horrified. It was so bad. I've never stayed in any place that bad in my life.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL WHATSOEVER!!!

This Hotel or Motel if you call it that, was completely disgusting and the facility is unsafe, the door to my room didn’t even close the entire way, my room was never cleaned on or were fresh towels and linen delivered to my room even when I went to the front desk and requested my room be cleaned and fresh towels be delivered. The area is completely unsafe and the room was not as advertised whatsoever, no one should stay here ever! I am ashamed this listing is represented by your company!

I guarantee that none of the photos listed were taken at this property. This is a place straight out of BREAKING BAD. The first room they gave me did not have AC and it was about 100 degrees in there. The second room was full of trash and had unspeakable things in the toilet and cigarette butts everywhere. The third room was wide open when I got there and everything except the bed had been removed. It looked like a war zone. There were no lights in the room. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. It is absolutely disgusting, unsafe and should not be listed online ANYWHERE.
