"The room was clean and the hotel was overall well maintained. Unfortunately, the elevators had napkins wadded up and stuck to the outside. The carpets also had so many stains and looked, frankly, like they were vomiting-stained/bleached. Staff was helpful with questions and very nice to work with!"

"This was a good hotel. The staff was very friendly, I didn’t order room service or go to the restaurant but I did visit the store. They do not accept cash, card or charge to the room only. Not a big deal but I felt all options should be available. The only thing I had a problem with was the WiFi charge daily. "I went on vacation to Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta for a weekend. I arrived on Friday and was told that there was an event going on in the hotel and it would be noisy from 9:00-10:00am. Unfortunately, I must have stayed on the floor where most of the people from that event were staying. It was noisy on my floor and I could hear from the connecting door in my room , loud talking and hallway doors slamming till about 12:30 am . Then I would be waking up at 6:00 am by the same noise and commotion....

"I booked and paid full price for a balcony room. When I got there the receptionist said the balcony rooms were taken. She said she would give us free parking since the room I booked was sold out. The gate was broken so no one paid for parking."
