The entire experience was terrible. Room was disgusting, holes in wall, writing on the inside of the door, filth all over the walls, ceiling and floors. I would not want my worst enemy to stay there. I wish I could post pictures here but I can’t. I will be calling the corporate office of Quality inn to report this. There was absolute no Quality in this place. If it hadn’t been so late in the night when we got into our room we would have left. Oh, and by the way the non smoking room smelt like an ash tray.

The first room we were shown reeked of pot so we had to be moved. Anther couple had a similar issue and had to move their room twice. The room's bed linens and toilet were the only thing clean in the entire room. Mold was growing on the ceiling, white foreign substances on the nightstand, biological drips all over the bathroom walls, towels from the previous guests behind the toilet. Guests beware!

The facility says smoke free. The room smell just like cigarettes smoke went to complain got another room. It was a little better but still smell like smoke went to purchase air freshener and Lysol and other stuff to clean the room. The bed was horrible it squeaked every time you moved. I’m glad I only had to stay one night. I don’t recommend staying here.

Do not go hear place look like crack hole. Holes in the wall holes in the sheets. Bed are terrible as well they chance my room it was a inch better but never would I pick this place again

The first room we got was terrible smoke and the entire room was not pleasant at all they changed the rooms the staff did give us another room and I was a bit better the walls were not as dirty and the smell was better too

For the price $69 a night the room was fine. Clean, had refrigerator and microwave oven. The floor had lots of scarring which made it look dirty. Overall as stated for the price it was fine. I would stay again. The staff was great. Breakfast was a nice addition.

Poor breakfast only waffles, cereal, orange juice, coffee and mandarines. Nothing like the pictures. The room and bathroom are run-down, the paint is all damaged and weird smell is coming from the hall into the room

Room had damp smell. Ceiling has gray / dark looking spots. Not sure if it was mold. TV was not working properly. I have never been at a hotel where I could not get local tv channel to come in. This was a first. Seemed like only channel that worked was Leave it Beaver. Was not able to park at my door due to large semi tractor parked near my room door. I should not have to navigate around something like that. Breakfast was very limited. Choices were waffles, two options for cereal, apples. Not sure I will every go back to this location.

Our first room was not disability useful. It had brown crud around the base of the toilet. It had spider webs in the corner ceiling of the room. It smelled stale like a wet dog had dried out in the room. I requested the disability room and we moved to it. Md in the jets in the bathtub. One drawer of three had a pull. The other two we could not open. There was so much space around the door you could see the exterior lights around half of it and I watched a roach walk right through the bottom crack. When we stopped by after our event to change. We had left a do not disturb sign on the door. A man was painting the door and had opened it. When I asked if we could go into our room he said yes, opened the door and blocked it open so he could finish. I told him, NO, we needed our privacy. He didn’t seemed pleased. I reported this to the desk clerk when I checked out and he apologized and said he would tell the cleaning crew. He didn’t know that they were going to be painting our door. Very. Very. Disappointed. I have pictures of the mold in the second room.

The hotel is very old and not in the best condition. The bathroom in our room definitely needed a lot of work. There were like plaster on the walls that wasn’t painted and the bathtub had a soft spot in it, which appeared to be dangerous. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the noise level was good. When we checked in the person did not tell us what time breakfast was being served and unfortunately, we missed it.. we managed to get some coffee and sit in the breakfast room and the entire time we were there a woman was pretending to clean up and kept giving us dirty. Looks like we needed to leave. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The only good thing is that it was very close to Stone Mountain where we spent the day at.

The sheets had stains, the carpet had stains, the wall had stains, the lock was broken, the toilet seat was the wrong size, the breakfast was Raisen Bran and waffles.
