The room was disgusting it had roaches and bed bugs. The room and bathroom were filthy. There was blood on the mattress cover. Staff refused to give us towels and argued before giving us toilet paper. Non smoking room had a soda bottle with cigarette butts in it under the bed. Drug addicts walking around knocking on doors and the front desk are greedy rude nasty people who sold out the prepaid reserved rooms they had to individuals who walked up looking for a room due to a huge concert in town.

The absolute worse place!!! The owner is rude and unprofessional !!! Wouldn’t even let us speak. He kept shouting for us to figure it out with our booking agency then walked away. Has signs all over the place not taking accountability for over booking. It was obvious he took advantage of the people there for the event and over charged for already booked rooms. Literally had a sign stating “WE NO SORRY”.

Pics definitely lied on this one. Hotel is so busted you can’t even check in in the main lobby, you have to go into some back hallway with a window to check in. Room was filthy, bathroom door couldn’t close because it had obviously been kicked in at some point and I guess no one bothered to fix it. The shower also had giant cracks in the bottom and a hole in the side that looks like someone punched it. Didn’t even end up staying here it was so bad, I turned the keys in early and just ate the loss. Although I’ll admit I’m surprised I got the room to begin with. There was an event in town (which is why we even attempted to stay here in the first place,) and they overbooked rooms online. When I went to return the keys so we could find something else, there was a mob of people demanding answers and the staff had nothing but attitude to return. They wouldn’t return the money of the people they basically scammed.

The "lobby" for check in was from a third world. Disgusting trash/ash tray at the window for check in. The room couldn't have smelled worse. There was a fight in parking lot for which no one bothered to call the police.

I did NOT stay at the hotel even after having moved to another room! The rooms are nasty, bathrooms not sanitary. Holes in the walls,, furniture is makeshift and not sturdy. Apparantly, no money is put back into the hotel to upgrade or keep it clean. The place is rundown and not fit for anyone to stay there. I called Expedia for a refund and got hung up on. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

This property is below standards and I'm surprise this hotel is operating and Expedia books for them. There are people loitering the premesis smoking weed. The rooms smell like smoke and the pictures that Expedia advertise in the website for this place are nothing like the place. This place is a dump that houses crackheads. Upon entering the room that was assigned to me, I ran as soon as I entered. The bed cover was stained with blood and makeup. When I pulled the bed cover there was hair in the bed and the sheets were dirty. You can cleary tell the bed was just made without the sheets being changed. I left and didn't stay. Unfortunetaly the inconsidered staff lady working the front desk wouldn't give me a full refund and still had the audacity to charge me for a one night stay because had messed up the bed.

This is definitely not a comfortable nights sleep. The room needs updating and deep cleaning. The bathroom door was deteriorating. The AC barely worked and we sweat all night on a very uncomfortable bed. I couldn’t find an ice machine and no mini fridges.

Worst part was the bugs skittering around the bathroom. Not sure what kind. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever, and sloped to one side. The towels looked like they had been washed a trillion times. There was no remote for the TV -- had to get it from the hotel concierge, who was behind a bullet-proof screen. And then it didn't work; had to work the TV manually! (I had practically forgotten how!) Because of all this, I couldn't sleep much and was out of there at first light in the morning. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Absolutely disgusting! Had blood all in the bed, the room had a horrible odor, room was not clean at all .. overall HORRIBLE place to stay.

The front lobby was not open during daylight hours. All customers had to go to the night window. The door only opened 1/4 of the way. When the door was closed you could see the outside. The privacy curtains had slits in it so the outside could see in the room. The shower was leaking. When you flushed the toilet the backsplash was so intense it landed in the bathtub. The comforters on the bed where dirty. When we told the front desk we needed to check out and cancel the remainder of our stay she got argumentative and refused to give us any paperwork that stating that we had left after only being there an hour. The experience was horrible.
