"The hotel that was advertised was not the place we stayed, no pool and we were suppose to get a bottle of wine everyday of our stay only got it the first day. I was extremely disappointed there was no pool, that was one of the reasons I chose that property was to relax at pool."

"I made a mistake with my booking however I purchased insurance for said cases; Not only was I not reimbursed, they staff are not flexible compensating in any way. Very dissatisfied "

"The property and building really created the value for the stay. But as far as the owners maintenance I would say was lack luster. Hair strands on the bed, fecal stains on the toilet seat, dirty dishes, no soap holder in the shower. All of these things that made me question the sanitation and comfort of my stay. The building and architecture of the room wad lovely. Owner pulled it down."

"I called ahead of time and specifically booked the room especially for the indoor amenities and the pool was closed, maintenance never followed up with me or reopened the pool and my kids were upset. Breakfast was cold and we waited 45 minutes for items to be refilled and there were no clean tables to sit at. The wall was thin and I heard my neighbors all night. I haven’t encountered a problem like this at other Hilton’s as a honors member before."

"Stained blankets, the room looked like a room of a trap house , loud construction going on day and passes 12 am till the next morning, light switches filthy , I didn’t touch with my bare hands "

"I loved this hotel. It was decorated nicely, the ambiance was very pleasant. The rooms were a decent size. I went to the bar by the pool and the one in the lobby 10/10. Next time i visit, book me a room at the Moxy pleaseee!"
