"Unfortunately, the elevators broke down more than once. I had to walk up and down stairs.. Hot tub was also out. I tried calling a lot. For some assistance and couldn’t get an answer. The only positive experience that I had was the Starbucks food court."

"I stayed st the Hyatt Regency 8/20/26-8/23/26 the balcony rooms were beautiful and clean! The pool area was clean and stocked! The staff was always helpful and nice, the restaurant in the lobby had a delicious breakfast buffet for a reasonable price with many options. I will come back"
