"Everything Was Perfect"

"For a top reviewed hotel and casino, this place is just disappointing. We had a dirty room before we even stayed in it. No view, just a roof. Garbage left from whoever was there before. After speaking to someone about a couple issues we were given the first night resort fee back, however, issues kept happening. We had a gift card to use and it kept declining at various places even after the front desk confirmed it was valid and had funds. We also had a horrible experience at the spa. Phones blaring in all areas, no rest or relaxing atmosphere to be found. Staff was present though unhelpful in preventing the disruptions. So disappointed and we will not be back. "

"The stay was bad. The hotel needs improvements. Rugs are dirty. The room is so rundown. Air conditioner didn't work properly. They claimed it would get to the temperature we wanted with the censor which was a lie the room was 74 degrees at night bathroom was dirty and cabinet doors unhinged and room doors do not lock properly. "

"The staff was fantastic. Christopher, the bellhop manager was the best he was so accommodating. He was so friendly. My only issue is that we got a smoking room and although I understand, it’s very hard to get rid of smoke smell when a new customer goes into a smoking room for the first time there should be some type of ventilation or strong or air fresheners because when we walked into the room, it had a very very strong smoke odor still. Most of the hotels that I go to that are smoking rooms do not smell like smoke when we go in also, Vic and Anthony’s restaurant most of the food was delicious but the steaks were terrible and they’re very expensive and for that price they should have some kind of flavor."
