"In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time"

The room was well appointed in a contemporary style. Lighting was good, tv and choice of channels good, coffee maker good, and refrigerator was good. "Rooms were really nice, pool has an adults only timeframe each day, elevators were quick, plenty of options in the food court for food besides the buffets. Parking permits were confusing & security couldn’t tell you anything about it. I didn’t see any information area to answer questions except for the check in desk which meant you had to get back in the check in line & wait your turn."

"Property is dated and is starting to show it lately. Very disappointed this trip when I booked one of the “better” rooms. Then actually was upgraded for an extra $40 a night and honestly when I got in the room if I didn’t have friends with us I would have cancelled and left the room. Old looking , chipped plaster on walls, in the middle of the bedroom wall was an electrical or plumbing access panel . Room was clean but I was extremely disappointed. "Close walking distance from the boardwalk. That’s it. They charge a $100 per day incidental and then bill you at the end for “smoke alarms” in a NON- Smoking room. What would a non- smoker Smoke in a non smoking room? Trash."
