"OK, so I did get a nice upgrade, which was nice. The room was very spacious. However, the hotel itself could use a little remodeling. Also outside my bedroom door about 2 feet upfront. There was a clear plastic bag with dirty washcloths and towels. It sat there for two days about 6 feet in front of that the same on the elevator there was chewing gum that had already been chewed, stuck in the corner that was in both elevators. I stayed three nights and it had never been cleaned. The hotel itself is pretty nice. They did some remodeling in the lobby area. I did have a very good time in the hotel did feel safe."

"We stayed in the Havana Executive Suite. The room was beautifully appointed, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the beach. However, I have two concerns. The bathroom tub was extremely slippery, and I nearly fell twice. Additionally, one of the bath towels had multiple yellow stains, which I only noticed after drying off. This was quite unpleasant. Aside from these issues, everything else was superb. (3 night, 4 day stay)"

"Hi! This was our first time here. The outside was a bit scary and parking cramped. We opened our room door and it was very nice. The room was nice. I appreciated no carpet. The bathroom was a bit dated, and toilet overflowed. We enjoyed our stay overall!!"
