"I was very unhappy with my stay at Tropicana Atlantic City. I was placed in the Chelsea Tower, which was unkept, unpleasant, and had a foul odor. My 71-year-old mother was placed in the North Tower, and the hotel could not accommodate putting us in the same tower, which was extremely frustrating. The billing was also unacceptable. My Travelocity reservation showed that $329.76 had already been paid and that only $31.80 was due at the property. Instead, I was charged $189.34, plus an additional $34.92. I was told it would only be a hold on my credit card, but it was processed as an actual charge, and I have not been reimbursed. This experience was disappointing from beginning to end. I would not stay here again."

"No.. the kitchen was not fully equipped.. they had a coffee maker but you needed to bring your own coffee! Ridiculous! Towels were disgusting.. the entire bathroom needed to be redone.. the tub was gross! I don't suggest anybody going there.. dreary and depressing but unfortunately we didn't have a choice! One of the worst ever"

"The guy who checked us in had an attitude from the start didnt make me feel welcome it was just a quick stay for me until the morning so i can drive home so i didnt care much but the room the mattress was hard tv wasn't working had to with rooms and there was a roach in my room also ewwww i couldn't wait for sunlight to checkout i got what i payed for guess"
