"I had a above expectations stay here. I have stayed at a few spots around Ventor, and this one stands out above the rest. When they say "breakfast included", it's usually a cereal bar or something. Not here! A huge cooked to order omelet, generous side of fruit salad, toast, potatoes, made fresh, fast and delivered with a smile no less! "This hotel has the potential to offer a 10 star stay but the staff ruins it. The elevators were disgusting and not cleaned once during my stay. The hallways leading to the rooms are littered with trash. My TV didn’t work until the morning I was about to check out. The shower was filthy and when I asked for it to be cleaned there was no difference. The sheets had hair in them and the housekeeping staff stood around doing nothing most of the morning.
