"I called Sheraton the day before my trip to confirm my booking and set up early check in. The representative stated that i could check-in 2 hours early. When I attempted to check in at the agreed 2 hrs early, I was told that there are zero rooms ready and I cannot check in two hours earlier. It was a disappointment. "Upon arrival to my room I did my usual checking. In doing so, I found there were stains on the pillows cases, sheets and part of the mattress. I did have to remove the mattress pad to see those stains. I notified the front desk, and they brought my new bedding, to put on myself Before I settle in, I wipe down all touch surfaces. When I wiped down the chair and desk, there was dirt and crumbs present.. The last straw was when I was laying in bed in roaches crawled onto the bed. I lost it."

"House cleaning is terrible , sheets were dirty but they will give you new sheets to change the bed . Our room wasn’t mopped . Toilet wasn’t cleaned but the main area was clean ."

"If I was able to sleep 2 hours it was a lot several times people yelling and fist fighting threw out the entire night was just unbearable. Finally after sunup it was quiet I asked the rest if I could stay a bit later and they wanted to charge me a fee of 20$ per hour. I went to get ice and there was several police cars spread out threw the property another guest had his car window broken and there was a lot of blood threw out the parking lot. "TV was not working due to signal problem, only one vending machine that was cash only and only stocked soda, area was very noisy (sirens, traffic, etc.), convenience store next to the hotel, a 7-11, closed at 10pm, someone pulled the fire alarm causing guests to leave their rooms until building was cleared by the fire department, homeless people and ladies of the evening frequented the area. Thankfully we were only staying for one night. Will definitely spend the extra money and stay at a casino...

"Air conditioner didn't work. No one came to fix it. Elevator are very old and not well maintained. Hotel new a very big up grade. It say two queen bed but it was more like a twin size ."

"When I first arrived at the Red carpet inn I was a little disappointed because it was a old hotel and needed to be upgraded. Honestly the room was decent for a weekend and the room was clean good A.C. Beds were soft and clean linens and the microwave worked. I would definitely book again."

"Smelled like roaches. Had a few roaches. As soon as I checked in I noticed a dead one on the bathroom floor. There was another the next day… dead. I had to make sure I was not in my room most of trip. I even skipped sleeping there the second night. I wish I could get a refund. So gross. Do not stay here. Not worth it."
