"First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one
We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler
They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler
They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel
The pile of snow was horrible.

"This hotel is about a 15 min drive to Atlantic City. It is affordable and located near a Denny's and Wawa. We got a non-smoking room and were happy that it smelled nice and was clean. The area felt safe enough too. The staff was kind and helpful."

"Rooms with double beds were nice, clean and the HVAC worked great. Ice machines worked! Conveniently close to the boardwalk when you walk right out the front door.
Parking isn’t free if you have a reservation. It’s was an additional $15 during my stay. I don’t know if this price fluctuates during the week or on weekends.
My only complaint is the elevators. They’re slow and too few, for the amount of rooms and floors here. My room and view was great on the 18th floor, but I had to wait about 20-25 minutes for 1 of 4 elevators to get to me, each time I wanted to go somewhere. That’s a terrible wait time."

"My comment is in relation to the Solano towers. First, the room had not been vacuumed and I had to wait 2 hours for them to respond. Then the passageway was covered in dust from the construction and one elevator was working out of four elevators and we had to use a service elevator for all the guests staying in this Tower. This is against fire rules and fire ordinance. When I called security they said to take the stairs down from the 38th floor as they could do nothing about it and hung up on me. The walls and the rooms are thin and you can hear all the noise from the neighboring rooms. When I spoke to the manager in training, he apologized profusely but offered no solution to what is going on in that building. The elevators were full going up and down and people waited for over 40 minutes to push themselves into the elevator going up so that they could be sure that they could come down.
This experience was devastating to everyone. We flew from CA and am disgusted at this casino. I think it's really important for management to contact me and contact other residents in the Solano Tower to give us some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the disgraceful behavior we were given.. do I expect them to call me? Absolutely not. They didn't care when we voiced our concerns in person. I strongly recommend clients to avoid this casino. Overall the casino and shipping areas were very nice. But we will never recommend this to anyone"
"Our only complaint about the room was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was hair on the tub edge and on the floor, which wasn't our hair. That was a turnoff! Otherwise, everything was good."
