"Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...
