"First stay was ok however staff seem too busy and are not attentive.Attend to you when they can. Ask to change second stay date and they refused. Too busy for the effort."

"On est arrivé à 22h environ. quelle surprise...notre chambre avait été attribuée à une autre personne. Nous avons du attendre 45 minutes pour avoir une chambre. Pour nous faire patienter on nous propose une colation...ma femme choisi de l'eau pétillante, on lui apporte une carafe d'eau. On nous donne une chambre ou la clim ne peut pas se régler, ou la douche est défectueuse. on entendait tout y compris les ébats amoureux d'un couple. Bien entendu pas de dédommagement. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses...

Der Schlossherr hat uns selbst durch alle Räume geführt, die man auch bewohnen durfte. Das Ambiente war wirklich einzigartig !"

"We had a mixed experience due in part to our mistake of booking on Expedia, which resulted in us accidentally booking the budget hotel instead of the Ibis next door that we intended to stay at. We realized our mistake when we arrived and made do, but the budget hotel is really budget, especially coming from the states.
