It had a large smart TV, a large bed, coffee and tea making facilities, a clean and modern bathroom, a safe and complimentary water. I would have liked a wardrobe or hooks on the wall to hang up our clothes/ stow our luggage but it's not a deal breaker. The hotel had a pool and gym that we checked out but didn't use. "The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. Small issues were disappointing.On arrival there was no soap in the container and We were disappointed that despite asking for the room to be serviced, the soap was not replenished, toilet paper not replenished and...
