Staff were super friendly and always willing to help with any request. The hotel was well equipped and newly updated in all rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar and restraunt were of high quality.

I found the room and things in general to be very good, The only thing was at the arrival desk. The receptionist took quite a long time to check me in. I was very tired and had to show proof of my identity after showing him proof of my booking. Was this really necessary?
