"We were not aware that the hotel elevators were under construction and they scheduled us to stay in the 5th floor. The only way to the other floors is the stairs. The rooms had a bad odor as well. We cancelled the room and the staff was kind enough to approve the refund. "

"Terrible check in experience, huge queue, poor staff efficiency and room not ready. Hotel is nice but bar staff rude and not one bit welcoming. Area around hotel unsafe, dangerous, do not walk anywhere alone, deserted areas, almost dystopian it was so empty but also appears to be unsafe. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of the whole area. Went to Graceland the next day and was a sad experience. Such a shame to see Memphis has degenerated so much. "

"Great hotel in a great location. Very good value. The rooftop bar has amazing views! The only suggestion for improvement I have would be to replace the carpeting in the hallways. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"Our room was clean, but some things were not present: tissue paper, hair dryer, privacy sign, downstairs menu, WiFi instructions. The landline telephone basically worked, but the direct line buttons, i.e., Guest Services, Emergency, etc., did nothing when pressed."

"Clean room, good staff, convenient parking for $13 with in and out privileges. They could use sound deadening windows for the very loud outside early morning train and truck noises that feel like they are in your room. Breakfast was decent with a reasonable selection of items.. Coffee, cookies, tea and lemon water in the hall was nice. Water pressure in the shower was crazy hard."

"I did like this place, just a little upset you could only get water from the water fountain or restaurant/bar which is only open from 5pm-10pm with limited/bar food. Can supply water for guests i think would be considerate."

"We reserved the Loft Suite for a special occasion and the hotel exceeded everyone’s expectations. While the weather disappointed because of rain, the pictures we were able to take indoors were everything. The exposed brick and vintage neon lights were wonderful backdrops."
