"Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Really great staff. The outside/property area is very beautiful as well. I just don't think the place is worth the price, and I can't understand why they would advertise this as a 5 star property. The rooms look like they are from the 80s or 90s - decorations are just very, very outdated and the room just smelled old (but it was clean). "Very friendly service and great value for money. There were some issues with our Expedia booking, but the staff did what they could to ensure that it was minimally disruptive.
The unit is very very big and definitely could host a family quite easily.
There seemed to be too few parking bays for the number of guests, but we sorted that out amongst each other.
All in all a pleasant experience.
