"This property is just beautiful. The landscape, amenities, service, all the above ! I would recommend this hotel a million times. A few things worth mentioning are... Check out required us to take out the trash which is a little unusual for a hotel stay. However, we were in the chalets. Second, they do not supply coffee or tea in the chalets. You would have to purchase it or sneak some back from breakfast."

"We had to cancel due to emergency and lost all the money. Hotel staff was responsive and did offer a voucher to use in 3 months but we are tourist and not returning back."

"We arrived in the late evening and the staff waited for us to arrive. Marco at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We felt immediately welcomed. The location is perfect situated in a cute town with gorgeous views while still being accessible to other nearby towns with other amenities. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. As a family of 6, we enjoyed our stay here!"

"We stayed as a family of 5 from England in July - so out of season for this ski resort. That meant the hotel wasn’t overcrowded and was very comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Every room in the hotel has a view of the mountains and a balcony . The swimming pool and spa area was very good - the outdoor jacuzzi offers a mountain view. Soft drinks and tea / coffee are available at any time free of charge. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is a buffet service and breakfast is included in the room rate. Overall, I would recommend staying here with a family. I’d also recommend visiting the restaurant a short walk up the hill - sorry, I don’t have the name, but the lunch there was delicious."

"What an amazing place to stay! We really lucked out and got the best apartment and view. The beds were great, the kitchen was awesome, and we had a patio all to ourselves! We will always have great memories of Lermoos!"
