Hotel was brilliant, the main attraction was the setting, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It is also a 10 min walk to one castle and a short bus ride to the other. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. The location is fantastic, meals are lovely. Breakfast was a little dose of luxury we haven't had that nice breakfast anywhere. The staff are amazing, warm, friendly and happy to chat to you. They go the extra mile for children

Comfortable cosy hotel in the perfect spot. Lots to do in the area and not far from all the attractions in the Alps. Restaurant served excellent food if a bit restricted in choice. We loved our stay and intend going again!

Warmly greeted on arrival, with a glass of Prosecco and given a tour of the hotel and all its facilities. The weekend was reasonably busy but the hotel wasn't full so the sauna & steam rooms were freely available. One evening during the week I had the entire spa area to myself. The pool was warm & the hot tub sociable. The spread at breakfast was amazing, including a juice extractor so that you could prepare your own freshly squeezed orange or veg/fruit juices. A surprising place. The hotel is a restored medieval fortified settlement in a valley with three castles perched on the mountains above. Huge Tibetan suspension bridge spanned the valley directly over the hotel and a new glass lift took you to the bridge and the large medieval castle. Positives included EV charging points and a large restaurant. Our room had an attractive balcony overlooking the restored little church. Delightful.

Lovely property, welcoming staff, fabulous food at dinner, great room with balcony. Quiet location, and easy to find by car. A bit far to walk into town centre on a hot day.
