"The Service at breakfast was very friendly! The air conditioning worked good and was very welcomed. That's all about good. The reception was very unpleasant! The lady asked after we gave our name if we were German?!? Then she wanted our ID, but probably only looked at the (simple German) name, probably to find the reservation in the PV. Then she insisted that we had booked without breakfast, which is not true. Expedia was explicitly booked with. It wasn't until I mentioned the total booking...
