Ended up staying at this hotel at the recommendation of family. The holiday rate offers were very affordable, the breakfast buffet us phenomenal, and the entire staff is extremely friendly. We initially ooked for 3 nights and ended up staying 7. The game room with billiards and a kid size table tennis set up was a nice toich to keep kids occupied.

Quality Hotel Augsburg

Very good breakfast buffet

Checked in around 6 pm. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Spoke English well enough. She gave me a nice room on the third floor. Relatively spacious. Came with a kitchenette which I didn't use. Checked out around 8 am. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient--no hassles. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate. Very good selection of breads, cereals, meats and egg dishes.

I was a little worried about orevious comments but our experience has been great. We are gear with our two teenage kids and the apartment is small but well designed. Previous comments about the shower are valid but it is manageable. Out main goal is to allow our teenagers to sleep while their dad is snoring and the separate bedrooms we had worked perfectly. It is a tight fit but the name is cocoon so we expected to be a little cozy! Great customer service at check in!

Paid for 2 people on the hotels.com website and the hotel said we only paid for 1 . Would let us leave until we paid again. First room had sewage come up the shower second room had a mold smell. The staff was nice until checkout. There is very little parking

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und es wird wohl kaum etwas in die Instandhaltung investiert. Wir hatten eine Suite in der 4 Etage. Auf der Dachterrasse waren noch Glasscherben, was mit Kindern mehr als gefährlich ist. Das Zimmer war Anfang August sehr warm und drückend. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden, hat aber nicht wirklich funktioniert. Da auf dem Zimmer bereits zwei Standventilatoren standen, gehe ich mal davon aus, dass der Zustand bereits bekannt ist. Personal an der Rezeption haben wir weder beim Check-In noch beim aushecken zu Gesicht bekommen. Der Zugangscode zum Hotel hat nicht funktioniert da wohl ein Defekt vorlag und uns wurde telefonisch mitgeteilt das erst in mehreren Stunden ein Techniker vor Ort sein wird. Wir sind nur ins Hotel gekommen, da andere Gäste gerade rausgegangen sind! Das einzige gute an dem Hotel ist das Frühstück. Ein weiteren Besuch wird es von uns aber nicht mehr geben und wir empfehlen es auch nicht weiter.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Early Check-in Option gebucht. Das Zimmer, für das wir den Schlüssel erhalten haben, war jedoch noch nicht vorbereitet. Nach Meldung gab es interne Diskussionen und ein Check-in war erst mal nicht möglich, stattdessen wurden wir für den Nacht Check-in gelistet. In der Nacht haben wir dann über die Hotline erfahren, dass der Schlüssel nicht in der vorgesehenen Box hinterlegt war. Letztendlich haben wir ein Zimmer mit ausreichender Ausstattung für eine Nacht bezogen.

Suiten sind sehr groß und sauber. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze. Es gab Vorhänge jedoch haben diese das Zimmer nicht gut verdunkelt. Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strße und die Autos waren sehr gut im Zimmer zu hören aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen.
