"We were a party of 6 and booked 2 rooms for our stay at this property. This is an older apartment building converted in to a hotel which is a very common thing in Europe. The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! "We loved the location and the quiet. We were three so the suite style set up gave us much needed room-with a wonderfully spacious bathroom! The only thing we missed was no restaurant for early coffee or breakfast/just a coffee machine in the lobby.They did not have updated coffee machines in the room which made it feel a bit/ little outdated with old coffee pots being provided. "Le Meridien is the perfect spot to stay in! It's location is near all the major attractions in Nice (Old Nice, Place Massena, the Beach front, etc.) It's also near a lot of delicious restaurants. Transportation is also really easy to access near the hotel. In addition, the staff were all kind and friendly. Bonus points because we were able to check-in early and received many recommendations for sites to visit in Nice. Our room was also cleaned everyday and we were given extra water. I would book again in this hotel if I return to Nice and will recommend it to all my friends and family."
