"Dossier is not ultra-luxury accomodations, but firmly in 3.5-4 star territory. In the heart of downtown PDX with reasonable walking distance to venues and great restaurants. The Park blocks can be mildly sketchy and loud after dark and the nearby light rail has noise associated with it, but it's in line with most major city downtowns. Overall, it was a very nice stay."
