"This place is just PERFECT! It was our first family trip and we were scared of what we would find. Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. The house is so big and comfortable. Not to mention the creek on the side our kids enjoyed it to the max WE ALL DID! Thanks again for everything. Also they answer to our emails the same day! "When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. Fresh cookies were available and honors program was offered. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as pleasing to the eye. The pool and hot tub area were clean and welcoming. I did not have breakfast but it appeared to be well liked by the many patrons in the dining area. Although my party only stayed one night, I would stay again given the chance, and recommended others to stay here as well. "

"Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Our issue was we payed cash and our card was also charged. When I called to let them know I was informed they were already aware and the manager was reimbursing our card. That was Saturday. I have them through the holiday and still no money has been returned as of Wednesday night. I have tried calling hotel several times and I am not getting any answer or the line will be disconnected at times. Definitely will be aware next time we go through this area."

"Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed....
