"Safe and convenient place to stay. A few items to note - free internet is only on one device. I needed 2. The carpets could do with a clean. The sink was not draining properly. The water in the shower needed aeration. Staff was helpful and breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was helpful. Don’t understand why they charge $100 in incidentals when there is no way you can spend that on anything. Disappointed that they wanted me to wait 5-10 business days to get a return on my card. Poor policy and practice. Did not like that. I do hope it does not become a battle to seek a refund. I expected Expedia to do a bit more due diligence on the hotel. Overall underwhelmed by this stay."

"I stayed at the Hyatt in Kathy, Tx from 061826 thru 062126. David was very welcoming when entering the property to check in. This was the first Hyatt that I have stayed at the was not up to standards. Upon checking in the next day we discovered that the room we were staying had ants located right by the bed. Told staff that was working at the time she informed me that she would tell house keeping, and maintence about the problem. When my husband and I got back to property, I asked staff that was working at time was the problem fixed. She immediately moved us to another room. Overall, I would rate my stay a 7.5"

"I had a 2 night stay. I dont recall seeing anything that told me the house keeping was on alternate days. Regardless. The one full day I was there someone came into my room and adjusted the curtains yet didnt do any house keeping. Why did they enter the room if not doing the house keeping? Odd"
