The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was great. I am handicapped. When I arrived, they changed my from from a regular room to an accessible room. It helped me greatly. I appreciate her for going above and beyond for me, AND it was Christmas Eve.

Check in was super easy, room was big, clean, AC cold, just wonderful!!! Im writing this as I lay in the comfy bed watching the big TV. Pool was clean and perfect. Hotel is almost fully booked but very quiet. Big bottles of toiletries are provided for use. I’ll definitely be back.

Clean room / bathroom - door was hard to open and extremely loud . Staff is always great and accommodating. Love the mgr Hoda and Shawn the host. Only downside to this stay was the parking lot was being reconstructed therefore we had to park at Qt and walk to the hotel on our last day . That was a bit inconvenient. Very busy area a bit loud this time . But the rooms are always comfy and super clean . Always a fav ans go to.
