The staff was so nice but the room was mediocre. The tv was on when I got to the room, but there was no remote. I had to go to the desk to get one. Which, the staff was so sweet, but it was almost 1am and I was tired and wanted the tv turned off. There was a party somewhere near my room. I could hear music and squeals throughout the night. At 6am, someone was pounding on the door next to mine and it scared the daylights out of me. I wasn’t able to get back to sleep after that, so I checked out and went on with my day.
If the staff hadn’t been so great, I’d have complained. But I know it isn’t their fault.
