No cable and no breakfast. Clearly cutting corners

The woman at the front desk was nice. Had some nice chats. The price was good. The owner is clearly being cheap. There were giant cracks in the wall of our room. That didn’t even really bother me. I’m not living there forever. But the pillows were small and old. Like youd probably throw them away by this point at home. The pull out sofa bed was falling apart. Didn’t need to use it but I’m not sure I would have wanted to. My two big complaints are there is no cable tv! I’m 54 years old and I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed in a hotel without cable. It was antenna tv even though it says in the super 8 guarantee that there is always cable. The other problem was they say they offer breakfast but they don’t. There was a picture in the room in the super 8 guarantee of services book of what kind of breakfast to expect. All the normal free breakfast choices you see everywhere. But not here! It was a small packaged danish or a small breakfast nutrigrain bar. One per guest! Seriously! When I saw the old pool in back I knew these people are not going to spend any money on anything. They just filled it with dirt! Didn’t even bother to remove the ladders or anything! It was all ok really other than no breakfast. I booked here because of that. It makes my day so much easier when traveling. And no cable is just ridiculous. If these things aren’t important to you then you might find this place to be ok.

Never ever will I stay here

The bathroom in my room is unusable...there is an overpowering smell like raw sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. Hotel has no other rooms for us to move to ... the fact that we checked in at 12:30 AM made it impossible to find another hotel. this has been one of the worst experiences of my business travels

This hotel was not in great condition. Dead bolt on door was broken. Bathtub could not be filled, arm on chair was broken, weird pulley system above bed (not sure what that was about - but a bit unsettling!)

It was clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay. Staff was friendly. Room was nice -- actually had great lighting and a ceiling fan, no carpet. Room was spacious.

Terrible terrible terrible

My stay was terrible. The hotel was over booked so when I checked in and got to my room, everything seemed ok until I put my book bag on the table and the table fell over so I moved the table to the side. Then when it was time to shower the shower curtain was so badly torn that my friend had to hold it closed so I could properly shower without getting water everywhere. When I called the front desk I was just told there was nothing they could do at that time because they was overbooked and understaffed. I feel like they didn’t care to try to fix the issues I was facing while staying there.

For the price I had to pay for two nights, the property should be better maintained. They should have had a good continental breakfast but instead they cheaper out and only had coffee and breakfast bars. Exit door next my room allowed access out but card reader did work to allow entry. Hair dryer was antiquated and did not work. Sign in room said it was a poolside view. Pool had been filled in with dirt and grass. Very poorly managed facility.

It advertises pool and there is no pool, it advertises breakfast and there is no breakfast. The owners of this property obviously don't care about their guests' experience and it reflects on the condition of the property. They need to renovate, and provide those things they advertise such as a pool, such as breakfast. This is purely a reflection on the owners, and we will not be staying here or probably any of the Wyndham properties again. The rate here was too high for what it is worth.

Price was reasonable for a weekend night, proximity to circuit of the americas is good. Experienced some noise (other guests and traffic from the adjacent toll road), but overall not too bad. Would probably stay again based on price and location.

I didn’t like that on website it advertised continental breakfast and there wasn’t . The dollar general close to hotel was full of vacrants etc . Towel in room had brown stains all over it . Couch was awful very dirty

Very disappointed

Not good at all. Reserved room with 2 double beds and sofa bed for 3 men's, given room with only two beds.no one could explain what happen. Credit card was charged before arrival. Very disappointed in this STAY

Porch swing in room instead of couch, very scratchy towels, in room info stated hot, full breakfast but there was only coffee and bagged sweet rolls and granola bars with a sign saying “1 per customer”. Checkin lady not very friendly. Pool filled n with dirt.
