"This is an excellent place to stay right on the water. Lovely staff who was very helpful and kind. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. Ability to monitor your own heat and the windows do open. Continental breakfast with various pasties, muffins, bagels and bread. Also yoghurt and various condiments and protein bars. I would highly recommend."

Despite my stay being during the off season, they made sure I was taken care of with dinner and breakfast on my overnight stay. Great location to rest after travel and exploring the nearby Cape Spear/Mistaken Point Ecological Reserve. "Very large room with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, large tv., wine in the fridge. Staff very nice. Free breakfast which is great so you don't have to rush to get outside to a Tim Horton's. Quiet at night. Free parking which not every hotel in St John's has. I would return."
