"Well got there to check in and front desk tells me they have no kitchenette or wheelchair shower. Both was on my reservations on my phone through hotels.com. The desk man says he will get in touch with manager and work out a discount on room. Well today we check out and no discount. I would like them to reimburse me at least 20 dollars per night for 4 nights we stayed. Other than that we had a good time and the people was nice too. I would stay again if I was in the woodlands. It felt like...

"Great place and i come back whenever i visit the woodlands area. This time was great as well, i had a little gripe with one of the staff (called when i still had 2 days left asking me if i was sill in the room and made me go to the office and pay for the extra internet (of which i did use but expected to pay after stay) the same indevidual was always a bit cold. Rest of staff were great and i will be looking forward to a return trip in the future"
