"We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling. The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle. Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. "

"Owner was amazing. I had a delayed flight and they checked up on me and even gave me a ride from a nearby hotel as I was having a hard time getting Uber rides within Pinilla. Internet was strong and I was able to work remotely without issues during my meetings. The room is comfy and the property is just excellent. "We loved it. However, we expected a better room than room 502... 502 had a bit of a mold smell and with so many other rooms available we expected to be placed at a better room... However, as we spent most of the days out surfing, it was not too bad."
