"It's a decent place to stay for a couple of days, but if you're looking to see and immerse yourself in CDMX, your best bet is to stay in Historic Center. Will it be a bit more noisy? Yes, but you wont have to deal with transportation back and forth to city center. And there's construction being done in the property so it was noisy throughout my stay. The next door guests were loud and would come in and out at all hours of the day, and made it hard to rest, since sliding door and front door are loud and heavy doors, and would make a huge thud when they would enter/exit."

"Simple room, simple hotel, nice area. What's with the no shower courtain or door? I couldn't use the toilet or sink without stepping on a puddle. "

"Overall a great stay!!! friendly front desk, walkable, right on Reforma close to Chapultepec Park, The Castle, Anthropology Museum, The Angel of Independence, etc clean rooms, gym and pool were amazing, bar and restaurants superb, they even have free bikes if you don't want to walk.... just spa needs a little love, no one in the early hours in case you need help or have any questions, water nor basic implements like any other spa; besides that definitely recommended."

"The process was very easy to get in. Wendy was extremely helpful with dealing with any issue we had - which only was a small one. It was great to be able to get a late check out. Also they hold the luggage for you since we had a late flight I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. Thanks again for a wonderful time."
