I experienced the following during my recent stay: Water leaking under the sink into the drawer we were supposed to use during our stay Shower hot water only lasted about 5 minutes Blinds stuck in down position Towels very dingy and had a couple holes Hole in wall Marks/stains on walls Rough bed linen Stained upholstery on sofa Maybe this would be acceptable for a hostel or similar stay but it is not what I expected for how the property was advertised. When I shared the items with the manager - who was only accessible via email - we were offered new sheets or a room change but by the time the manager returned the message we had one night left and just dealt with it up. My suggestion is to lower your expectations."

"Would not recommend. The noise level was unbearable! thin walls, slamming doors, and you could literally hear the person next door having a full conversation. Zero restful sleep. The bed was okay but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The concierge was also unhelpful when needed. Very disappointing stay. There are much better 5 star hotels in CDMX worth your money."

"I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Mexico City. Not only did they go above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable they offered recommendations, helped book reservations and help find tours, etc. Joshua was EXTREMELY helpful and so responsive. Everything I needed I felt I could count on him. I am a very picky traveller and this place hit all the spots! The restaurant is amazing too! "
