The great about this place was the bed was super supportive and divine, views are amazing as is the proximity to both Condesa and RomaNorte. I found the street to be noisy and the quality of the unit ( plastic floors, cheap cabinets, and marginal linens) to be poor. Price is very reasonable.

The room is well located although on a busy road with lots of honking. Room cleaning was available but at additional cost. The roof top bar was closed to us twice for private events. It was reasonably stocked with kitchen accessories

The room itself had a nice view and balcony but there were scuffs everywhere, hole in the bathroom floor, and little flies in the shower when we got there. We paid extra for an upgrade and didn’t feel like much of an upgrade other than a better view. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible! We requested an extra pillow and we were told they did not have any. We decided to check out the rooftop finally since it was closed 2 days in a row for a private party and there were no propane tanks to turn on the fire pits and no one there to order a drink since again the rooftop was closed 2 days in a row of course both days of the weekend and rooftop being on the 14th floor which is the floor we were staying at, it was super loud the music was blasting could hear it to our room and all the drunk people screaming in the halls after the party while we were trying to sleep. We understand the noise of the city itself but to have to deal with drunk people and loud music down the hall 2 nights in a row that sucked! And on checkout day after paying late checkout we had the cleaning lady banging on our door at 12 when check out was at 1 and she stood at the door waiting for us until we left because someone else was checking in at 3. Overall the experience was not the best. It has potential it’s in a good location and has a great view of the city from the balcony with a beautiful rooftop but not much going on up their either.

The property is clean. we wanted a two bedroom suite. This really served our purpose. The small kitchen was really helpful to prepare simple stuff. Overall had a good stay. Price I feel is little expensive for Mexico city.

Everything was clean, but I felt like they need to wash the windows from the outside and also a little dusty on the inside. I visited the rooftop, which was nice but mainly only open in the evenings and unfortunately there there were a couple of private events over the weekend so we were not able to enjoy it. I did not visit the gym and parking was not needed. One thing to mention is that I did get the panoramic view which is really nice but it is extremely noisy. I thought people were exaggerating and they are not. You can probably use earplugs and be OK but just be aware it’s a main street so it does get busy you hear ambulance police sirens people honking cars early in the morning and definitely late at night on the weekends. The location is great below the apartments. They have a market every weekend, which was really nice with good food. It’s also close to everything want getting Ubers was pretty easy.

In all honesty this was the best experience I’ve ever had Expedia made an amazing Booking for Uliv package the Staff was amazing. Checking in to our hotel was the easiest thing. The area we stayed in was 10/10 everything was pretty close to each other from food , night life , coffee shops etc.

This listing looks much better online than it does in reality. While the rooftop is beautiful, our overall experience was disappointing—especially in terms of comfort and cleanliness. We booked a room for three people, but it only had a couch instead of a proper daybed or additional sleeping arrangement. We had to go downstairs to request extra blankets and pillows. The living room area had no air circulation at all—no AC, no windows, and no way to get fresh air in. It felt extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. There was AC in the bedroom, but the only way to cool the living space was to leave the bedroom door open with the AC blasting, which meant sacrificing privacy and still not achieving real comfort. Another inconvenience was the cleaning process. Guests are required to schedule their own cleaning through a link, which is difficult to manage when you’re out touring and may not have reliable reception. The biggest concern, however, was cleanliness. There are shared washers and dryers for guests, but I found hotel cleaning towels being washed in them. When I opened one of the dryers, it was full of towels covered in hair and debris, and even mop heads were being washed together with them. This suggests that cleaning materials from different areas (including bathrooms and kitchens) are not being properly separated, which is both unhygienic and concerning. I want to be clear that the staff were not the issue—they were helpful, hardworking, and did their best with what they had

Me senti decepcionada con la propiedad. El depa carecía de todos los detalles bonitos y decorativos. No había nada en la estancia, Parecía como si alguien se estuviera mudando. Las paredes sucias, el templado del balcón todo pañoso, no había ningún cojín, un florero, un tapete, un algo que lo hiciera lindo. La habitación al menos si estaba bien y el baño.
