"The area is amazing and you’ll be able to easily walk into Roma Norte and Condesa. We stayed in the PH and while we didn’t use the patio a lot it was nice to have the natural light. I will say the only thing is the patio doesn’t feel as private as you might like as it’s only sectioned off by a moderate partition leading to the laundry room, gym and communal rooftop. BUT it’s still very very lovely. There’s a bit of noise from the neighbouring building - only to consider if you’re a light...

"Second time in a ULIV property in Mexico City. So much better than a hotel - great to have a kitchen and living room to spread out, and the rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. I was on the second floor so it was noisier than higher floors, but overall it was a great and affordable option."
