"We enjoyed our stay at Killarney heights hotel! We had an incredible dinner after a long day. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only downside for us would be that there was no AC, we visited during a March heatwave in Ireland. The staff did provide a fan to help! There is also a nice big window you can open and it was a quiet side of town so no loud noise at night. We would love to visit again soon! "

"Really wish I'd booked at least 2 nights here at this beautiful property in this beautiful location! I was visiting from USA w/ my wife and we had great time. I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well. Amazing service and beautiful clean rooms! Thanks for the hospitality. "

"Beautiful and peaceful location on the lake near Killarney. There is a castle ruins on the grounds and with a luck you will see some deer...we did.
Room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, breakfast was great with plenty of choices to meet everyones needs. The concierge was very helpful with sightseeing recommendations. This is the perfect location for the Ring of Kerry.
Highly recommended...we would definitely stay here again. "

"We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in...

"There was no specific address in Expedia, so Google maps took us to a residential area about a km from the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel was on the same road, so it was easy to see after driving further.
Once there, the check in was easy and the hotel was very quiet.
The service was good and the bar and restaurant were nice. "
