"A lot of little things added up to make me take off 2 stars. 1) I come up to the gate and there are 3 dogs there barking like crazy. Now dogs don't bother me. I love dogs. But maybe communicate that before I arrive? Cause not all dogs are friendly, and some people might have allergies. 2) the bathroom smelled terrible and it wafted into the room. "The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it. "
