"We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is located in an area that is being rebuilt. In fact there is no paved street near it, so be aware that the surroundings are not beautiful. But the hotel itself appears new and well cared for. We loved that it had no carpet; the flooring made it easier to roll our luggage and there was no musty carpet smell in the hallways or in the room. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and nicely decorated, and the shower had great water pressure. The buffet...

When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. "We had a fabulous 5 night stay at the Marmorosch! It’s in the perfect area for sight seeing in The Old Town and has fantastic amenities. We used the gym, pool and spa everyday, we even managed to fit in a fantastic couples massage. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the breakfast is superb and the staff are all so lovely and helpful. I would recommend this hotel over and over, it did not disappoint at all.

"Hotel was very clean, bright and spacious. Breakfast ran for a 4 hour period , with plenty to choose from. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Included hospitality tray and bathroom products. Considering how close to the airport it is the rooms were quiet. Good location if you want to access Bucharest for the sights and also the Spa Therme. We had no problems getting a taxi through Bolt to pick us up and drop us either in Bucharest, the Spa or the airport."

"The AC in my room was not wall mounted and took up space. The rooms were a little cramped but manageable. The cleanliness of rooms can be improved and maintained better. The coffee shop lacked experienced baristas and did not order again. A nice hotel overall but room for improvement. Location is away from tourist attractions and on a main road so can be noisy. "
