Great value for money in busy Avila

This hotel I great. Value Great staff a bit of walk to town but ok We spent 2 nights in Avila. The hotel caters for coach parties so breakfast is busy We enjoyed our stay

I expect more from this hotel. This is not a 4-star, but 2,5 to 3-star hotel. It’s old overall, old furniture, old carpet, missing some things as table and chairs inside the room, there’s no trash can, no water, no coffee inside. Never a 4-star hotel.

Café na cafeteria… experiência ruim

Estive hospedada no hotel 1 diária com café da manhã, e fui encaminhada para uma cafeteria, onde não tive acesso ao Buffet, tive que pedir itens que o funcionário falava em espanhol, sem esforço nenhum para se comunicar ou ser gentil. Pessima experiência, viajo a muito tempo e nunca passei por essa situação, sendo que contratei a parte, foi uma experiência muito ruim.

Las personas del lobby no revisan la reserva, nos dieron habitacion con camas sencillas y reservamos doble, nos iban a cobrar el desayuno cuando en la reserva ya estaba pago. Es un hotel viejito, se siente en los 80’s

Hotel pésimo

Servicio horrible en recepción, llegamos con un bebe y una embarazada a la hora del check in, sabiéndolo con anticipación, y no tenían la habitación disponible, nos hicieron esperar sin darnos una solución, con una actitud pasiva y soberbia del staff, sobretodo por parte de una señora con acento francés. Por supuesto, el director escondido. Además, decoración antigua y desayuno pésimo. Jamás volveré.

En líneas general bien El único punto negativo fue en la cafetería anexa al hotel que no se si pertenece al hotel pedimos dos pinchos de tortilla de patata y estaban salados se lo sugerimos al camarero para que lo tuvieran en cuenta y nos dijeron que ya lo sabían y nos quedamos como tontos
