"The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....

"Abbiamo gradito la posizione dell’hotel, si trova a due passi dal lungolago. La colazione molto varia, non manca nulla come per la cena. La spa bellissima. L’unica cosa un pò scomoda é che eravamo in una parte d’hotel lontana dalla zona ristorante e spa."

"The kitchen was well equipped and lavazza coffee machine was great. I especially loved the brand new microwave oven and extra space in 2 wardrobes. I will absolutely be back if I come to Verona and will look at Oriana hotels elsewhere I would say the shower head was a bit loose and limescale and some corners need deep cleaning for Stains but it was excellent condition Staff were friendly and smiley and the restaurant suggestion was great "

"Es war alles wunderbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich bekam ein unerwartetes Upgrade und das Apartment war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet sowie komfortabel . Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt und kurze Fußwege zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich komme gern wieder. "
