"This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville."

Mark and Jermey make you feel like you are a part of their family with great conversations with them and attention to details is present in every room. The food is out of this world. "Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. The facility is so nice. Clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic! They served REAL bacon! Most of the time it's just sausage patties but Residence Inn does REAL bacon! YUM! The only negative I have to say is that there is not an awning at the front door so if it's raining,...

"We loved the privacy. Being on the top floor was perfect. And we were tucked away in a wing of the resort that didn't have a lot of people traffic. We would definitely stay here again! The only problem we had was the check in instructions were not complete. We were not given the right information to give to the front desk so they would know what unit we were staying in. They figured it out, but the host should talk with the resort staff so they know what information to provide for check-in."

Great self-contained room with everything Nulu has to offer on your doorstep..1st night there was some live music going on at across the street at Taj bar which kept me awake , but apart from that little bump i cannot fault the room... they have lots more in the back further away from street so worth checking. Excellent stay and will def return if im back !!"
