Hotel Keluarga di Avon

"Spacious and cleanliness of room. Friendly staff, location excellent for shopping and dining options. The only caveat was although credit card left for incidentals, unable to pay cash upon check in or check out for stay."

"Room needed a bit better cleaning. Corners in bathroom dirty. Needed a vacuum as we stepped on some small sharp plastic pieces on the carpet."

We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath."

Then they decided to let me stay in a different room so I had to remove myself from the Different room. They assign me back to another room, but overall, after that, it is what it is, but won’t be going back. almost forgot I had to change my bed line myself due to the staff stating they can change the bed, but me and my family will have to leave out of...

"Wonderful place to stay."
