A superb location with great views and super friendly service, thank you.

The view is very fine.

A high end hotel with space to spread out in the public areas but also many good size rooms with balconies if you want privacy. You sometimes need to search out staff with questions or to get help but once you do then nothing is too much trouble. Location is excellent next to the Matterhorn Express and 5-10 minutes walk to the Sunnega Funicular (or you can catch the free shuttle bus if you have a lift pass). Breakfast is very good and there are complementary sweet and savoury snacks laid on...

Great location, staff and room.

Very pretty hotel perfect service, I 'll come back soon!

A great location which was safe and quiet. We stayed in one of the chalets which was very comfortable and warm.

Very comfortable hotel with extremely friendly & competant staff

Lovely hotel with great staff.

Where do I start?! I’m so happy I went with Plateau-Rosa for my birthday trip! It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet, relaxing, and with a great view of the Matterhorn. Location-wise, it’s about 20 mins walk from the train station though there’s a bus. I didn’t mind walking as I got to look around. The hotel is located right across from the cable car station so ideal...

Everything was superb from the room, staff, facilities and ambience of the hotel.

Super stay

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us. The location of the hotel was fantastic for the wonderful town and for views of the Matterhorn from our room. We have worked and holidayed around the world and therefore stayed in many five star hotels and our experience at this hotel was...

Room was lovely, view was excellent and the lady on the desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming.

The use of the wellness centre, pool and whirlpool were very welcome at the end of the day. Zermatt is a magical place summer hiking or winter skiing and hiking. We had a great time!

Plenty of parking outside hotel. Nearby hyper market.
