A small and cozy hotel. The hotel's surroundings were also clean. There were grocery stores nearby, and a beautiful and clean-looking long promenade where you can go for a run. It was also good that there were no animals nearby. Really friendly, professional and helpful staff who helped and guided me when I needed help....

Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. "The staff were amazing, they were very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Like to mention Consantio, Themidis, Nico and especially the amazing Mirsini that seemed to hold the team together with her great charm. We would happily stay in Napa Hotel again. We had a fantastic room with our own pool, even though we didn't use it, as we ventured to the roof top bar/pool area its was lovely having the outside space to relax in for our own purpose.
